Portside Ventura Harbor

For Portside at Ventura Harbor, Pacific Low Voltage designed and installed low voltage systems for a new development buildout. We built out the entire site, including 300 dwelling units across 23 buildings, with in-unit and IDF feeder cabling, including Category 6 and RG6/RG11 coaxial cable.

We also served as a design build contractor for the amenities building. Our MDF buildout and Cat6 infrastructure cabling served as a backbone for the facility’s voice and data network, integrated surveillance and access control system, and distributed automated audio video system.

Additionally, we designed and installed an exterior wireless network for the attached Marina.
